Paris

Paris

The river Seine creates the axis and the thirty-five bridges, which are the soul of Paris and have contributed to its extraordinary wealth representing great historical events and meeting places... A wide range of squares like the Place de la Concorde, Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges play an important role in the never-ending sightseeing opportunities, too.

Some attractions we recommend to visit:

One of the landmarks of Napoleons imperial capital, the Arc de Triomphe offers an admirable perspective of Paris and the twelve avenues converging in a star shape.

The cathedral of Notre Dame belongs to the state since Napoleon I., but is fully and permanently dedicated to religious services. The Paris Town Hall authorities arranged the archaeological crypt under Notre-Dame Square after excavations carried out from 1965 to 1972. It was inaugurated in September 1980.

From the earliest days, Montmartre has been a place of worship: the Druids, the Gauls, the romains temples dedicated to the gods Mars et Mercury; St Peter's church rebuilt near the Royal Abbey of Montmartre in the XII century; and last but not least the famous Sacred Heart erected at the end of the XIX century. The Basilica located in the very heart of the city can be seen from all across Paris.

The Eiffel Tower
In the first floor you find a really great opportunity to relax and divulge yourself dining in the restaurant Altitude 95; the large bay windows look out over the Seine and permit wonderful photos. This level offers exhibits and displays, as well as shopping and dining. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city streets, have a special moment at the top of the tower (276 meters) and enjoy the most beautiful view of Paris. Come to Paris and you will experience a thriving and ever-changing city!
